These are general starter terms for attorney review. They cannot guarantee protection from claims, waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, or replace a signed customer, employment, staffing, or subcontractor agreement.

Website information

The website provides general information. Quotes, AI responses, plan builders, schedules, staffing quantities, memberships, and job listings are invitations to inquire only. No service, price, job, worker assignment, partnership, subscription, or availability is binding until accepted by an authorized Alyaseen representative in a separate written agreement.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate site, access, hazard, timing, and scope information; maintain a reasonably safe work environment; secure valuables; disclose special surfaces and hazardous materials; and obtain any permissions needed for service. Alyaseen may decline or pause work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, outside scope, or materially different from what was disclosed.

Partnerships and service memberships

Worker quantities are requests, not guarantees. Assignments depend on qualifications, lawful engagement terms, availability, location, hours, safety, and written scope. Partners remain responsible for obligations assigned to them in signed agreements. Nothing on this website creates employment, agency, joint-venture, franchise, fiduciary, or exclusivity relationships.

AI Agent

AL Agent may produce incomplete or inaccurate information. It cannot bind Alyaseen, confirm employment, make a final quote, approve a contract, provide professional advice, or authorize action. Users should confirm important information directly with Alyaseen.

Employee and assigned personnel safety

Alyaseen personnel must follow applicable law, required training, product labels and safety data sheets, site-specific rules, and required personal protective equipment. Personnel must promptly report hazards, injuries, spills, threats, damaged equipment, and near misses. No one should mix chemicals unless the manufacturer expressly permits it or perform work outside their training, authorization, or agreed scope. Personnel may stop work, move to a safe location, and report a condition they reasonably believe presents an imminent or serious danger. Alyaseen prohibits retaliation for good-faith safety reporting or exercising legally protected safety rights.

Weapons, violence, threats, harassment, intentional property damage, illegal drug use, and working while impaired are prohibited during Alyaseen work. Personnel must use equipment only as trained and must not bypass guards, warning signs, access controls, or other safety measures.

Client, customer, visitor, and property safety

Before service, clients must disclose known or suspected hazards, including biohazards, sharps, bodily fluids, medical waste, mold, pests, aggressive animals, unsafe wiring, structural defects, hazardous chemicals or materials, unusual security risks, and contaminated areas. Clients must provide safe, lawful access; adequate lighting and utilities where required; an emergency contact; and accurate site instructions. Clients must secure children, pets, medications, weapons, valuables, confidential records, and restricted areas, and keep customers and visitors away from marked wet floors, equipment, chemicals, and active work zones.

Incident response and unsafe conditions

For an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911 first. The parties must promptly report injuries, exposures, spills, security threats, and property damage; cooperate with reasonable incident review; and preserve relevant information. Alyaseen may decline, pause, modify, or leave work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, undisclosed, outside training or scope, or when required safety controls are unavailable. Rescheduling, added costs, and responsibility for an incident are determined by the signed agreement, the facts, insurance, and applicable law. These terms do not waive any non-waivable workplace, consumer, civil-rights, or public-safety duty.

Payments, cancellations, and claims

Prices may exclude applicable sales, use, local, or other taxes and government charges unless the written agreement states otherwise. Payment timing, cancellation fees, refunds, re-performance, damage reporting, insurance, indemnity, dispute procedures, and liability allocation will be governed by the applicable signed agreement and mandatory law. Report service concerns promptly so Alyaseen has a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address them.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate others, scrape personal data, use automated systems to overload services, or attempt to extract confidential prompts, credentials, or system information from AL Agent.

Intellectual property

To the extent permitted by law, Alyaseen reserves rights in its original website text, photographs it owns, graphics, selection, arrangement, and other protectable expression. You may not reproduce or distribute protected website content without permission, except as allowed by law. Copyright does not protect ideas, procedures, systems, methods of operation, names, or short phrases; service methods and general cleaning concepts are not made exclusive merely by appearing here. Third-party materials remain owned by their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any limitation of liability or remedy must be interpreted consistently with applicable law and any signed agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, Texas law governs website-related matters, without overriding applicable conflict-of-law rules or mandatory consumer protections.
