Commercial cleaning plans
Choose only the floor area to be cleaned. Monthly plans show a defined number of visits; annual estimates cover 12 monthly allocations, with 5% off base cleaning. Specialty projects are quoted per job.
Routine supplies and local travel allowance are included in the estimate. Consumable restocking, specialist machinery, high-access work, hazardous waste, and clinical decontamination are excluded. Healthcare cleaning covers approved non-clinical areas only. Construction debris removal is quoted separately.
Fresh laundry. A simpler routine.
Residential clothing, Airbnb linens, office textiles, gym towels and other approved business laundry. Request recurring pickup and return delivery, including daily routes where available.
Wash, dry, fold and standard detergent included. Final billing uses measured dry weight and the confirmed minimum per pickup. Bedding, comforters, rugs, dry-clean-only items and stain treatments require separate quotes. No infectious, clinical, sharps-contaminated, pest-infested or hazardous laundry.
Standard return target: 24–48 hours after pickup, confirmed before booking. Daily pickup is a route-frequency request, not a same-day return promise. Pickup zones, collection windows and capacity must be confirmed. No unattended pickup location is established by this form.

Send your selections and service address. We confirm access, scope, availability and the final tax-inclusive quote, then provide the agreed payment or subscription checkout. No payment is collected by these estimate forms.
